March 2012

Legal employment shrunk a bit last month. Nevertheless, law schools continue to sprout like weeds, ensuring a rosy outlook for legal faculty and administrators. At least for now.

  1. These pigs will continue to accredit new schools, for any reason - such as the following:

    1. their cat sneezed;
    2. universities report a slight increase in left-handed students; or
    3. those with IQs under 80 are finding it difficult to get into law school.

    However, in the end, it simply comes down to MONEY!

  2. Hope the quality of legal education doesn't plummet as law schools mushrooms. Likewise, it comes down with state regulation of schools offering law courses.
